Rules and General Conditions of Submission

1. The competition is open to young people aged 13 - 19 or up to 25 with special needs, who are residents of East Sussex, West Sussex and Brighton and Hove, in the UK only. Entries from outside these areas will not be considered.

2. Your details will not be passed on to any third party, unless we are required by law to do so. Please see Connexions Sussex' privacy policy for further details.

3. The site editor's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

4. Connexions Sussex does not accept any responsibility for late or lost entries due to the Internet or postal service. Proof of sending is not proof of receipt.

5. Entrants must supply full details as required above, and comply with all the rules to be eligible for the competition. No responsibility is accepted for ineligible entries or entries made fraudulently.

6. This competition is not open to employees or contractors of Connexions Sussex, any person directly or indirectly involved in Connexions Sussex or the running of the competition, or their direct family members.

7. If the competition you have entered is to win tickets to an event, concert, match or performance, and you are under 18, we will need written permission from your parent/carer for you to attend. If you are under 16, you must also be accompanied by an adult to the event, concert, match or performance.

8. Connexions Sussex reserves the right to cancel the competition at any stage, if deemed necessary in its opinion, and if circumstances arise outside of its control.

9. Entrants will be deemed to have accepted these rules and to agree to be bound by them when entering this competition.

10. These rules are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

11. This competition is administered by Connexions Sussex.
